Privacy Policy
Interim policy for the current Istirus public website
This Privacy Policy describes how Istirus, Inc. (“Istirus,” “we,” or “us”) handles information in connection with the public website located at istirus.com (the “Site”).
This policy is intended to be accurate for the Site as it exists today. If Site functionality changes, we will update this policy accordingly.
Information currently collected
The Site is a public corporate website. It does not offer user accounts, login, shopping carts, or payment processing.
Insights articles are published as static content on the Site. Viewing them does not require registration.
We do not operate a public customer portal, CRM intake, or database-backed form pipeline on this Site today.
Contact form behavior
The Contact page presents a message form for visitor convenience. Required fields generally include name, company, email, subject, and message. Phone is optional.
At present, submitting the Contact form does not transmit message contents to Istirus systems and does not store those contents in a database connected to this Site. The form provides an on-page confirmation after local validation so visitors receive a clear completion state.
If you need to reach us, use the telephone number published on the Contact page. When form delivery is later connected, this policy will be updated to describe how messages are received and retained.
Server and technical logs
When the Site is hosted in production, standard web-server or platform logs may record technical information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps. These logs are used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles on this Site today.
Cookies and analytics
The Site does not currently deploy a third-party marketing analytics package or advertising pixel as part of the Istirus application code.
The Site may use ordinary browser storage or cookies required for basic site operation if introduced by the hosting platform or content delivery configuration. We do not currently set Istirus application cookies for tracking visitor behavior across the Site.
If analytics or non-essential cookies are later introduced, this policy will be updated before or when those features go live.
Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party websites, platforms, or partner properties. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices. Istirus is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
Some Site assets (for example, web fonts or icon kits loaded from third-party CDNs) may result in ordinary requests to those providers when a page is viewed.
Data security
We take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a public corporate website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to business audiences and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this Site.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Material changes that expand collection or processing will be reflected here before or when those changes take effect on the Site.
